BEASTAR LTD EOOD (later also only "BEASTAR") takes particular care to privacy and to the protection of personal data. We hereby intend, therefore, to inform you about the modalities on which we will treat your personal data that will be collected during the use of our sites and our applications or during interactions with our operators.

For example, we can collect information about you on the occasion:

-    requesting a quote;
-    the use of other services through the platforms;
-    conversation, video conference, phone calls, emails exchanges

In particular, we need to process the data provided when requesting a service or requesting a quotation. With your consent, we may also use other information you freely provide us at the time of registration or relating to the ways in which you interact with us (hereinafter collectively, the "Data").

This Privacy Policy (together with our eventual Terms and Conditions applicable to the relative services and to the additional information that can be provided in relation to the individual services) establishes the bases on which your Data will be processed.

SUBJECT: information pursuant to art. 13 of EU 2016/679 Regulation ("GDPR"), concerning the protection of the processing of personal data collected from the interested party.

Not falling into the cases specified by art. 37 of the reg. EU 2016/679, also taking into account the indications of the WP243 guideline, the Data Protection Officer has not been designated.

C. LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSE AND OBLIGATORY OF TREATMENT

the processing of your personal data that we hold or that will be required or that will be communicated by you or by third parties will be performed in execution of:

- Obligations of law: invoicing, writing, registration and other administrative / accounting purposes;
- Contractual obligations: supply of goods and / or services;
- Satisfaction of a request made by the interested party;
- Marketing and Quotations Operations: sending of advertising material or telephone contacts or curriculum vitae (only with explicit consent).

The communication of data is a legal requirement for administrative / accounting operations, an essential requirement for contractual obligations, while it is optional for marketing and quotations purposes.

The failure to communicate personal data in cases where this constitutes a legal obligation or essential requirement will result in the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations.

The failure to communicate personal data for marketing and quotations purpose will have the sole consequence of the impossibility to carry out the marketing and quotations operations themselves.

D.TYPES OF COLLECTED DATA

BEASTAR may collect your personal data in general when you contact us or we contact you or you navigate on BEASTAR website. Specifically we could gather the following information:
a) Name, residential address, e-mail address, ip number, telephone number, passport number or identity card details, curriculum vitae;
b) Information on the use of our website;
d) Communications exchanged with us or addressed to us via letters, e-mail, chat service, telephone calls, videoconference and social media.
e) Location, including the geographical location in real time of the computer or device via GPS, Bluetooth.

E. LICENSE OF TREATMENT

The treatment is lawful as:

a) The interested party has expressed consent for one or more purposes;
b) Processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or of pre-contractual measures or quotations required by the same;
c) Processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject;
d) The processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest (execution of a contract, pursuit of its corporate purpose, quotation for a services and or products).

F. ADDRESS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be processed, as well as by authorized personnel within the company, also by the following subjects:

· Tax, legal and labor consultant;

· Consultants for specific areas (health and safety in the workplace, maintenance / administration of computer hardware / software systems, auditing);

· Subjects that can access your data in accordance with regulatory provisions;

· Control bodies, also following inspections or audits;

· Transport and logistics companies (in execution of contractual obligations);

· Companies or professional contractors or subcontractors (in execution of contractual obligations or regulatory obligations).

The name of the subjects listed above is available at any time upon request by the interested party.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site (or of BEASTAR property) entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. For the purchase or subscription to the services, the data provided by the user will be used for the insertion of the personal data in the corporate data bases in order to provide the requested service. Periodical newsletters, special promotions may also be sent and, if necessary, the same data will be used for statistical activities for internal use, with methods for processing the relevant information that will not be traceable to the individual concerned.

It is necessary to clarify that the treatments carried out through the different pages of the Site only concern common personal data: therefore, the User is invited not to send data suitable to reveal the racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs gender, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, association or organization of a religious, philosophical, political union, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sex life or information that can be qualified as "particular data" "From the Regulation (EU). Otherwise, the related message will be immediately destroyed. This will make it impossible to provide what is required.

G. Where will your Personal Data be processed?

Your Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller within the European Union.

If for technical and/or operational reasons it is necessary to make use of subjects located outside the European Union, we inform you from now on that these subjects will be appointed as Data Processors pursuant to and for the purposes of article 28 of the Regulation and the transfer of your Personal Data to these subjects, limited to the performance of specific treatment activities, will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation.

All necessary precautions will therefore be taken to ensure the fullest protection of your Personal Data by basing this transfer:

(a) on adequacy decisions of the third country recipients expressed by the European Commission; (b) on appropriate guarantees expressed by the recipient third party pursuant to Article 46 of the Regulation;

(d) filtering the personal data to the minimum requirements (example : in case of CV sharing with final clients, phone number(s), personal address and emails are removed. This will limit the CV to Name, Surname and experience of the candidate).

In any case, you can request more details from the Data Controller if your Personal Data have been processed outside the European Union requesting evidence of the specific guarantees adopted.

H. Period of retention of personal data

The duration of data retention, where there are no regulatory obligations or where there is no request for cancellation by the interested party, is established based on the existence of the purposes referred to in letter "C", the need for the regular performance of the activity work or on the basis of specific regulatory obligations.

I. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to request at any time access, rectification and portability of personal data concerning him/her, as well as to oppose the processing, revoke the consent to BEASTAR or propose a complaint to the Guarantor authority for the processing of personal data.

L. Automated decision-making processes

Data are not processed with automated processes.

Cookies are also not used on BEASTAR website.

M. How can you be informed of any changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be subject to changes and updates, where changes are made to the way we process your data or other information provided herewith. Any changes will guarantee, in any case, the full protection of your rights. If changes are made that may limit the guarantees to protect your Data or your rights with respect to the current version, before the processing of your Data starts according to the new methods, you will be promptly informed through the contacts provided and you will be guaranteed the right to unsubscribe from your account or, in any case, change your consent and your preferences.
